Reel-Up Rod Holder Options

The Reel-Up Rod Holder was designed for anglers who prefer to keep the line counters facing up and into the boat.  In the past, rod manufacturers consistently had a cross-cut built into the bottom of the rod butt.  Over time, this has gone away and a rounded rod butt has been the new standard.  With the cross-cut virtually non existent now, there was no way to mate the rod butt with a pin in the bottom of the tube bases to keep the rod facing up. 

 

We have developed this hybrid style rod holder to be the best of both the cradle and tube style.  With the Reel-Up the line counters will rest nicely at the top of the rod holder for easy viewing.  Another advantage of this style is easy storage when navigating between waypoints on the water.  Simply adjust the tube into the vertical position, and your rod will stay perfectly safe inside the vessel while running on the water!

 

There is a cut-out in the bottom of this style rod holder to also accomodate spinning rods!

 

Risers can be added to any rod holder to increase the height of the rods. This is great for staggering positions while pulling inline planer boards, or simply allowing more room to access rod lockers and cabinets on your vessel.

 

The cradle style rod holders are designed to index 360° with 20 interlocking positions by simply lifting and turning our exclusively engineered spring loaded mechanism.  When engaged, it is secured by machined teeth around the entire circumference for virtually no wear on the product ensuring long lasting sustainability.

In addition to the radial movement, the cradle will adjust to any angle from 0-135° by actuating the padded lever.  The lever can be rotated in any direction to meet the needs of each user.  No tools are required for positioning of the rod holder.  All aluminum components are anodized to military specs.
