Steve Carlson
Steve Carlson has fished the Great Lakes for 25+ years - learning trolling techniques from some of the top Lake Erie Charter Captains in the early 1990s as a first mate. Steve eventually obtained his Captain's License and ran "learning charters" focused on teaching trolling techniques to his clients. This evolved into helping clients obtain the right gear like Cisco Fishing Systems products as well as the right rods / reels & lures and then doing teaching trips on their boats. In 2006 Steve made a transition from corporate sales in the Fortune 100 market and joined the sales team at South Shore Marine (www.southshoremarine.com) in Huron, OH focused on selling premium new & pre-owned boats and helping customers rig their boats - often with custom mounting applications developed with Cisco Fishing Systems. While no longer running charters Steve has also been very successful competing in and now running walleye tournaments on Lake Erie that benefit charity organizations through www.fishhuronohio.com. Contact Info (330) 283-2155 wireless or steve@southshoremarine.com.
